1. Your seats are considered reserved once you made an online payment and got a confirmation to your email.
2. Make sure to choose needed amount of spots you would like to reserve before confirming booking with payment.

Cancellation and rescheduling policy

1. Rescheduling is not possible
2.  Cancellation of a reservation with a refund is possible 48 hours before the event.

 

Booking policy | Workshops held at Morra Studio

Your seats are considered reserved once we receive confirmation of payment for your reservation.

  1. Once you make a booking on the site, your seats will be reserved for 24 hours.
  2. Within 24 hours you will receive an invoice from us by mail for payment of the deposit. Within 24 hours you will be able to pay the invoice to confirm your reservation.
  3. To confirm your payment, reply to our message with the invoice and provide a screenshot or file of the payment order.
  4. You can also provide us with a screenshot of the payment in progress if your bank does not allow you to upload the payment order before the payment reaches the recipient's account.
  5. You will then receive a confirmation email from us about your booking.

Cancellation and rescheduling policy

You can cancel or reschedule your reservation with saving your deposit no less than 24 hours before the workshop.
