Your spot is confirmed once we receive your payment confirmation.
After booking on our website, your reservation is held for 24 hours.
Within that time, youβll receive an invoice by email. Please pay it within 24 hours and reply with a screenshot or file confirming the payment.
If your bank delays the transaction, a screenshot showing the payment in progress is also acceptable.
Youβll receive a confirmation email once your payment is verified.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule your booking and keep your deposit if you notify us at least 24 hours before the workshop.
