REFUNDS AND RETURNS
1. EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days, unless an exception applies.

Submitting a withdrawal request does not automatically mean that the order is eligible for return, withdrawal, or refund. We will review each request in accordance with applicable consumer law, this Refunds and Returns Policy, and the specific type of product or service purchased.
Different rules may apply to ceramic products, workshop bookings, private workshops, and gift cards.
1.CERAMIC PRODUCTS
2.1 If you are not satisfied with a ceramic product you have ordered, you may request a return within 14 days from the day you received the product.
2.2 Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and, where possible, returned in their original packaging.
2.3 You are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us, except in cases of damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered products.

2.5 Please provide your order number and describe your request.
2.6 Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
2.7 Reimbursement will be made within the applicable legal deadline, and in any case after we have received and inspected the returned product, where applicable.
2.8 You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract.
2.9 When returning a product, you are responsible for properly packaging the product in a cardboard box or other suitable protective packaging to avoid damage during transport.
2.10 If the returned product is damaged because it was not properly protected during return shipping, we may refuse the refund or reduce the refund amount to reflect the diminished value of the product.
2.11 You may be responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
3. DELIVERY DAMAGE, WRONG PRODUCTS, OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
3.1 If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us by email at hi@morraceramics.com within two working days of receiving the product.
3.2 Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging.
3.3 We will review your complaint as quickly as possible.
3.4 In cases of damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered products, Morra Ceramics will cover the reasonable costs of replacement or return shipping, where applicable.

4. WORKSHOP BOOKINGS
4.1 Your spot in a workshop is considered reserved once your booking has been completed and confirmed according to the booking process stated on the workshop page.
4.2 Workshops are leisure activities provided on a specific date and time. Therefore, the statutory EU right of withdrawal may not apply to workshop bookings.
4.3 Once the workshop has taken place, or the service has been fully performed, the booking is non-refundable.
4.4 If you do not attend the workshop, the booking is non-refundable.
4.5 Cancellation and rescheduling rules may vary depending on the specific workshop type. The cancellation or rescheduling terms stated on the relevant workshop page apply to that workshop.
4.6 Unless otherwise stated on the specific workshop page, cancellations with a refund are accepted only if requested within the cancellation period stated for that workshop.
4.7 If a workshop page states that rescheduling is not possible, the booking cannot be rescheduled.
4.8 If a workshop page allows rescheduling, rescheduling is possible only within the conditions stated on that workshop page.
4.9 If a customer submits a withdrawal or cancellation request for a workshop, we will review the request according to applicable consumer law, the date and time of the workshop, whether the workshop has already taken place, and the specific cancellation policy for that workshop.
5. PRIVATE WORKSHOPS
5.1 Private workshop bookings are confirmed once the booking has been agreed and payment has been completed according to the agreed terms.
5.2 Private workshops are leisure activities provided on a specific date and time. Therefore, the statutory EU right of withdrawal may not apply to private workshop bookings.
5.3 After a private workshop has been booked, the number of reserved spots may be reduced no later than 4 weeks before the workshop date.
5.4 After this 4-week deadline, the number of reserved spots cannot be reduced, and the agreed booking amount remains payable.
5.5 The number of reserved spots may be increased, subject to availability and our confirmation.
5.6 Once the private workshop has taken place, or the service has been fully performed, the booking is non-refundable.
6. GIFT CARDS
6.1 Gift cards may be refunded within 14 days from the date of purchase only if they have not been used,, redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for services.
6.2 Used gift cards are non-refundable.
6.3 If a gift card has been used to book a workshop it cannot be refunded.
6.4 Digital gift cards may be delivered immediately after purchase.
6.5 Gift cards are valid until the expiry date stated on the gift card, product page, order confirmation, or other purchase confirmation.
6.6 It is the customer’s responsibility to use the gift card before its expiry date.
6.7 Expired gift cards cannot be used, refunded, exchanged for cash, or converted into store credit.
6.8 We are not required to extend expired gift cards. Any extension of an expired gift card may be offered only at our discretion and does not create an obligation to extend other gift cards.
6.9 Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable law.
7. SALE ITEMS, CUSTOM PRODUCTS, AND PERSONALIZED ITEMS
7.1 We do not accept returns on custom products, special orders, or personalized items, unless they are damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered.
7.2 Sale items may be non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
8. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN, REFUND, OR WITHDRAWAL

8.3 Please include your order number and a clear description of your request.
8.4 We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your request.
8.5 If your request is approved, we will proceed with the next steps, including return instructions, replacement, rescheduling, store credit, or refund processing where applicable.
8.6 If a refund is approved, it will be made to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
