REFUNDS AND RETURNS

  

1.Products

1.1 If you are not satisfied with the product you have ordered, you can return it for a full refund.

1.2 All returned products must be unused and in the original packaging.

1.3 The cost of shipping to our warehouse for the products you are returning is borne by yourself (by post or delivery service), except in cases of refunds or replacement of defective products, when all costs are borne by Morra Ceramics.

1.4 Refunds and replacements must be pre-negotiated.

1.5 If you wish a refund in addition to the goods which satisfy the refund, an order number must be provided. Refund will be completed directly to your card.

1.6 Reimbursement will be made in accordance with the legal deadline of 14 days (ZZP), i.e. after we receive the product at the warehouse.

1.7 When returning the product, the buyer is liable to properly package the product(s) in the cardboard box in order to avoid damage to the product during transport. If damage occurs because the buyer did not protect the product when packing (e.g. returned products wrapped in plain paper or in a bag), the refund or replacement will not be accepted.

1.8 You must make the return of the goods without delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day you have given us a unilateral termination of the contract.

2. Delivery defects, wrong products, defective products

2.1 In case of damage during delivery, wrongly delivered goods or a defective product, please contact us by e-mail morraceramics@gmail.com within two working days of receipt of the product.

2.2 All complaints will be resolved in the quickest possible time. In these cases, ChiaCups Studio covers all costs of replacing the product.

3. Exceptions / non-returnable items

3.1 Morra Ceramics is not accepting returns on sale items or gift cards.

3.2 Morra Ceramics is not accepting returns on custom products such as special orders or personalized items.

4. Refunds, exchanges, returns

4.1 Contact us morraceramics@gmail.com, provide your order number and describe your request.

4.2 We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund/exchange/return, and let you know if it was approved or not.

4.3 If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days after receiving product (if needed). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

4.4 If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at morraceramics@gmail.com.
