Our firing cards are designed to support hobby makers and creative exploration. For larger batches or commercial production, our regular firing rates apply.
Firings without the card are charged according to Morra Studio's firing rates.

Your seats are considered reserved once you have completed the online payment and received a confirmation email.

Cancellations with a refund are accepted up to 48 hours before the event.
Booking Policy | Workshops at Morra Studio
Your spot is confirmed once we receive your payment confirmation.
After booking on our website, your reservation is held for 24 hours.
Within that time, you’ll receive an invoice by email. Please pay it within 24 hours and reply with a screenshot or file confirming the payment.
If your bank delays the transaction, a screenshot showing the payment in progress is also acceptable.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your payment is verified.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule your booking and keep your deposit if you notify us at least 24 hours before the workshop.
