Workshop booking, cancellation and rescheduling policy

Workshop bookings are leisure activities provided on a specific date and time. Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling conditions may vary depending on the type of workshop. The specific terms stated on the relevant workshop page apply to that booking.

Once a workshop has taken place, the booking is non-refundable.

Your seats are considered reserved once you have completed the online payment and received a confirmation email.

Please make sure to select the correct number of spots you wish to reserve before proceeding to payment.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

For regular workshops at Morra Studio, you can cancel or reschedule your booking and keep your deposit if you notify us at least 24 hours before the workshop start time.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the workshop start time cannot be refunded or guaranteed.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

If your plans change, you can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the workshop start time. Eligible cancellations made within this timeframe may be refunded in accordance with our Refunds and Returns Policy.

Rescheduling requests may also be made up to 48 hours before the workshop start time and are subject to availability. Please note that we are not obliged to reschedule bookings, and rescheduling cannot be guaranteed.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee refunds or rescheduling for requests made less than 48 hours before the workshop start time.

In case the workshop cannot take place due to weather conditions, tickets are non-refundable. In the event of bad weather, the workshop may be moved to another location. If it is not possible to move the workshop to another location, you will be offered an alternative date and time.
A refund for the workshop will only be possible if we are unable to offer you an alternative date and time.
Once the workshop has taken place, the booking is non-refundable.

Partner Workshop Booking Terms
